Of the top 100 individual games of the first half of the season Biedrins is the only Warrior to show up on the list with the 16th! best game so far of 2010-2011. It was 11/26/10 game against Memphis. His line looked like:

Nov 26 @ MEM L 111 – 116 42 13 – 15 0 – 0 2 – 4 7 14 21 2 2 1 3 3 28

So this was his 28 point 21 rebound game and certainly was the “Biedrins of old” that we expected to see more than once a year. 13-15 was damn efficient too.
