The Warriors return to Oracle tonight to face the Thunder for the second time in just over a week. Big question tonight is how to deal with the growing “issue” of the starters vs. the bench. Can the starters force their way onto the court in the fourth? Can Jackson manage things a bit more deftly than he did in Sacramento over the weekend? And can Nate Robinson make us forget about Jeremy Lin all over again?

Nate Robinson out! Dubs will lose by 85 points.

Well his absence is certainly hurting the second team so far. Doesn’t look like the starters are going to have to worry about minutes tonight…

That 5th foul on Lee was bullshit.  I am not one to usually complain about the refs, but it does really seem like the NBA wants OKC to win tonight.

Oh yeah should have taken the over. Got there half way through the 4th

That Monta and 1 was the first “star” play I’ve seen him make in forever

Nice to see Monta actually go to the hole instead of taking a jumper with 22 seconds left. That was huge.  I love the way they are running almost every time down the court and then pulling up when there is nothing there and running the set play.

Oh man that rebound was so close!

W’s get the last shot down by one.  Gotta agree with Barnett that it was weird they didn’t want to take the last shot to win and are going to give the home team the last shot.  Different strategy to say the least. Maybe it works.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCKKK.   Well Monta does end up getting the last shot and he shoots the fade away 3 down by 1 instead of taking it to the rim.  Lame. What a tough loss.

    * second to last. Looks like they are getting one more shot down three with 1.1 left.  Thunder will probably be smart and foul on the catch before they get to take a shot. Might be just short enough on the time that it will be a shooting foul no matter what.

And not even close for Rush on the 3.  Suck.

Don’t get to see lame html joke because wordpress thinks my comment is being interpreted as actual html code.

I just don’t get the play call for the 2nd to last shot. All the previous action and success of Ellis was ignored.

Yeah they really shit the bed there in the last 2 or 3 minutes. Really got away from everything that was working the whole game.

Yeah, that’s where their lack of a reliable inside scoring option really hurts them. You need to be able to get easy buckets in crunch time when you know the opponent is going to tighten up their defense. I think the big mistake was Lee passing back to monta on that pick and roll before the missed three — I would have rather seen Lee take that strong to the hoop as it looked like the defense was in enough flux for him to get there.
