The Warriors look to get back on track and avoid their first 3-game skid of the year — and it will be important to get a win tonight as they have to travel to Denver for a game against the Nuggets on Sunday and we’ve seen how poorly they match up against that opponent. This is their first game against the Blazers this year so it will be fun to see what the Damian Lillard hype is all about. Let’s just hope he doesn’t embarrass the Warriors backcourt, as his speed could cause Curry some serious problems.

The Warriors have only had one 2-game losing streak this year, and they face a big challenge tonight to avoid their second. Memphis is exactly the sort of team that’s going to give the Warriors problems until Bogut returns, and Ezeli, Barnes, and Lee are going to have their work cut out for them tonight against Gasol and Randolph. Let’s hope they’ve put the down-time since the Clippers meltdown to good use…

An interesting game to predict, as I would think the Clippers will be highly motivated to give the Warriors some payback — but they played an emotional game against the Lakers last night, and the Warriors seem to match up well. Should be a fun one!

The 76ers are coming off a big win at Memphis (fueled by Dorrell Wright!), but are just 3-7 in their last 10. Hopefully the cross-country trip wore them off enough to cut down on any post-big-win-momentum. Without a big inside presence on the 76ers, the Warriors should be able get a win in before hosting the Celtics on a back-to-back tomorrow night as long as they keep up their strong defensive fundamentals.

The Warriors look to bounce back from the rough loss to the Lakers, though it won’t be easy with a game tonight in Utah. This will be a good test against a team the Warriors will be fighting against for a playoff spot — can they show that they truly are a different team this year, or will they continue what is starting to feel like a reversion to the mean?

This is one the Warriors absolutely have to get — with the schedule toughening up starting tomorrow (I don’t care how bad they’ve been, the Lakers could snap out of their funk at any moment — especially against the Warriors), you don’t want to allow two straight cellar-dwellers to end long losing streaks at your expense.

Tonight is another game the Warriors need to win to prove they’re legit. Their earlier loss at Sacto is easily the season’s most disappointing in the non-Magic category, so let’s hope the Warriors have redemption on their mind tonight. They’re starting to fall into the habit of playing down to the competition, and it would be great to see them break that trend tonight.

The Warriors should get a triumphant welcome from the Oracle crowd tonight as they return to Oakland. But hopefully they won’t let it go to their heads — this is the sort of game you HAVE to win to be an upper-echelon team, and hopefully do it with enough of a margin that they can keep the starter minutes in the low 30′s in advance of a back-to-back at Sacramento tomorrow night.
